Our guide Rob made sure we had plenty of time to get to grips with the board and then took us on an amazing trip down the little river to pop out at Glenfinnan. Epic!
What do I need to bring?-Swimming Costume and Towel -Hard soled shoes you can get wet -Cap and suncream -Clothes to change into afterwards -Drink and Snack to take on the board Come wearing your swimming costume to make popping your wetsuit on easier!
Do I need to be able to swim? You don't need to be Michael Phelps but being confident in the water is helpful. You will have a buoyancy aid and there is the board as well so swimming ability is not important.
